I got to go to the game this week. Good job by the defense making up for some sloppy special teams kickoff and punt coverage problems, and holding Seattle to several punts and the missed field goal as well.

Our offense looked good in the first half, but in the second they got way too conservative. (especially in the red zone..) With Seattle stacking the box against the run, we didn’t get hardly any push and movement on the ball, and not alot of running room either.

Passing wise, we kept making short passes over the middle time and time again. With Seattles anemic pass defense, we should have gone for the jugular on that last drive rather than the 3 runs and the field goal.

I guess I wanted some more points in the second half, just to piss off some people I used to work for in Seattle who I know were watching the game and are probably finding some hole to crawl back into.
