REAR ENTRIES: Two Entry Minimum

REAL SCOUTS LIKE BUC GUARDS: According to RealScouts (via SportingNews), the Buccaneers have two of the top twenty guards in the league.
7. Arron Sears, Buccaneers. Former coach Jon Gruden had that inside run game going with Earnest Graham, but a big reason he was able to do it was the presence of Sears. He’s an instinctive player who is versatile and athletic, which will help him as the Bucs transition under a new coach this season.
Assuming, you know, HE SHOWS THE FUCK UP. Of course, if he’s actually inside the building getting treatment or rehabbing some body part, I take it back. But we don’t know because the media isn’t allowed in.
17. Davin Joseph, Buccaneers. A big-bodied bulldozer since entering the league, Joseph has become a more complete player who can also pull and trap and makes good use of his hands when protecting the pocket. He’s still improving and will move up this list in the coming years.
I’ve professed my admiration of Joseph before, and it’s nice to see him getting some recognition nationally. The Pro Bowl helped, too. The whole offensive line has the potential to be fantastic this season. Now if we could just get them to all come to the OTAs and learn this FUNDAMENTALLY COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SYSTEM, they might be able to realize some of that potential. Seriously, the whole line kind of has to act as a single unit in the zone-blocking scheme. Chemistry is not just a buzzword in this case. It’s a real thing that needs to be developed like a muscle.
THROWBACK CONFUSION?: I got this from Bucem and it worried me when I first read it, but after seeing the source, I don’t care. In an ESPN chat with some guy named Paul Lukas who I have never heard of before, this question gets asked.
Matt, mke: Won’t the Bucaneers be wearing a throwback of the orange unis this season?
SportsNation Paul Lukas: No.
Back in October, Pewter Report (as well as every other local outlet) announced the throwback game and the Ring of Honor. I think I’ll take their word for it over this dude who looks like he needs a good sit-down with Chris Hansen.

I find it odd Sears is ranked 10 spots higher than Joseph. I would have thought it be the other way around.

@Scott I don’t know how much faith you put into wikipedia but it says on there we have a throwback game along with some ring of honor stuff.

I agree with Louis. But then, what the hell do I know? I do know Joseph is more of a road grader type. Maybe Sears is more more and more adept at pass blocking.
