Cheerleader Update

The Buccaneer Cheerleaders are still overseas and still entertaining the troops. Buccaneers.com posted an update on what they’re doing and a few pictures.

The Buccaneers Cheerleaders put on two shows in Okinawa and filled almost every intervening hour with meet-and-greets and other appearances with members of the military. Clayton and Allen stayed in Okinawa one extra day in order to host a football clinic for service members at Camp Shields. For the cheerleaders, a third show at Anderson Air Base in Guam on Thursday will conclude the exhausting but highly rewarding trip; they will arrive back in Tampa on Friday night.

It sounds like everyone is enjoying the shows and that the girls are really putting everything into the trip, which is awesome. But I still can’t believe they got stuck with these douches.

No, I don’t mean Clayton and Allen. I mean the band that they got paired up with, The Crash Moderns. I posted their press shot before, but they look just as miserable impromptu. It’s like Twilight threw up all over Entourage. Are those even men’s pants the guy in the vest is wearing? And one of them even has his arm around Tiffany. Oh yeah, life’s fair.

Hopefully the Bucs will post a more thorough rundown of the tour when the group gets back along with better pictures, preferably including pillow fights. And would it kill the girls to wear cowboy hats now and then?
