What Ever Will We Do?!?

That’s it. Pack up your shit and go home. The season is over now that Michael Clayton is going to miss one to two weeks with a knee sprain.
Clayton was injured on the first offensive play of the game last Sunday at Atlanta. The fact that he has not been placed on injured reserve is a good indication that the timetable is indeed short. Look for Maurice Stovall to start and see extended action while Clayton is out.
Good. Not good that he’s injured (although…), but good that Stovall will finally get an extended, thorough look for the next week or two and the coaching staff can finally figure out if he can be of more use to them than special teams. Clayton, meanwhile, will be almost exactly as useful as he has been all season.

13 catches and no TDs in 11 games. Maybe they should try him at right tackle?

LOL! Mark S, that was the best thing I’ve heard in a very long time. Maybe next season we can put Sears back at LG and put Zuttah at RT and dump #80 like Scott dumped Slow_Joe’s mom.
Here’s my question… Why not put Sammy on the field and have Stoval in the slot? If Steve Smith can be the #1 WR for the Giants can’t Stroughter be our #2 for a few weeks? Least see what the kid has while playing on the outside.

Stroughter would probably be more suited for the slot. I think(hope) Morris will start intergrating him in more often). The only issue I see is that we have excellent pass catching TE. We will have to wait until next season to see what direction Morris want to more in the receiving department(wide receivers, tight ends, and running backs).
